How SOAR Care helps

SOAR Care is built around the practical moments that can make caring feel easier to organise and share.

Organise care

Keep important care information together, including Care Profiles, medications, appointments, tasks, routines, documents, healthcare contacts, equipment, care needs and Care Plans.

Coordinate care

Help the people involved in care stay connected through Care Circle, roles and permissions, messages, notifications and shared care information.

Prepare others to help

Use existing care information to support Care Plans, relief-ready information, Respite Plans and Transfer of Care.

Emergency information

Emergency QR is off by default. The Care Profile Owner chooses what is included, and it provides selected emergency information only. It does not provide access to the person’s full private SOAR Care profile.

Caregiver wellbeing

Wellbeing check-ins and goals create a small space to notice how caregiving is affecting the person doing the caring.

Find support

Find Support can help caregivers explore support pathways and organisations. It is a place to start looking, not a promise of eligibility or a recommendation.

The intention

Technology is not the centre of SOAR Care. Caregivers are. The app helps carry some of the organisation, information and coordination surrounding care so people can spend more time caring for the person they love.
