What is SOAR Care?
A simple way to keep the information around care organised, connected and easier to share.
SOAR Care is a tool created to help make the caring journey more organised and a little easier to manage.
Through our downloadable app, caregivers can keep important care information together in one place, including appointments, tasks, medications, care needs, routines, important documents, healthcare contacts and care plans.
SOAR Care also makes it easier for families and others involved in someone's care to stay connected and share information when needed. Our Emergency QR feature allows caregivers to choose important information that can be accessed quickly in an emergency, without giving access to the person's full private care profile.
At its heart, SOAR Care is about taking some of the everyday load off caregivers by helping them organise, coordinate and share care more easily.
